⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Institute of National Colleges of Technology,Japan,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Tokai・Hokuriku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO,
D Being a person receiving the registration of the retail electricity company d on 2 rules of Electricity Enterprises Law Article 2,
E meet the qualification requirements which The Obligating Offiicer Director-General may specify in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation,
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer Director-General.
