⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Junichi Sakamoto, The Obligating Officer Director-General, Tokyo Gakugei University
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 75
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : A whole set of outsourcing of management tasks for TGU accommodations : Heim-Gakugei and Kodaira-Dai-San-Jutaku
⑷ Performance period : From 1 October, 2022 to 30 September, 2025
⑸ Performance place : The places specified by the Obligating Officer
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Eligible suppliers to participate in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Tokyo Gakugei University. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or
Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B have the Grade A or Grade B qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Kanto-Koshinetsu area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service for the procured services,
D meet the qualification requirements which Obligating Officer for Tokyo Gakugei University Furthermore may specify in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer Director-General, Tokyo Gakugei University.
