1. The subject of the contract is: delivery of apparatus divided into five lots. i.e .:

Part 1 - Supply of an aethalometer for measuring the absorption coefficient of organic carbon in the air;

Part 2 - Delivery of a polar nephelometer with a sampling system;

Part 3 - Delivery of a low / medium flow suspended dust collector with replaceable heads and consumables;

Lot 4 - Supply of a submicron particle spectrometer with a sampling system;

Part 5 - Delivery of an aerodynamic particle size spectrometer with a sampling system;

2 .. A detailed deion of the subject of the contract and the requirements for it are included in the contract template, constituting Appendix 4 to the ToR.

3. The contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described in Appendix. No. 4 to the SWZ - along with the appendix from No. 3.1 to No. 3.5 to the SWZ (Deion of the subject of the order).

4. The performance of the contract is to be carried out with due diligence and in accordance with the requirements contained in the SWZ.
