⑶ The Design Development of the Hub for Collecting Damage Information with the Development of "Fire and Disaster Management Agency System for Collecting and Sharing Damage Information (TBD)", 1 set.

⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
③ have Grade A or B "Service (information processing, software development or etc.)" in the Kanto・Koushin'etsu district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (Single qualification for every ministry and agency)
⑺ Time limit for submission of tenders by electronic bidding system : 3 : 00 P.M. 8 April 2022. (tenders brought with 3 : 00 P.M. 8 April 2022 or submitted by mail : 3 : 00 P.M. 8 April 2022)
