⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the Procuring entity : Yasuhiro Hamamatsu, the Contract Officer, Director of Procurement and Financial Department, Ground Materiel Control Command, Japan Ground Self Defense Force.
⑵ Classification of the products to be Procured : 7
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased :
① Static Rope, 45m 3PC
② Static Rope, 60m 2PC
⑷ Delivery period : as in the tender documentation
⑸ Delivery place : as in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have Grade⑶①~②A, B, C or D on "Manufacture of Product" or "Sale of Product" in the Kanto and Koushinetsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office. (Single qualifications for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021
④ The Person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the Ministry of Defense.
⑤ The person who can be confirmed fair cost Accounting satisfied by the Ministry of Defense, except in case of market price.
⑺ Time limit of tender : 16 : 30 16 March 2022
