Take notice that, pursuant to Section 20 of the Forest Act, Timber Sale Licence TA0600 is being offered for sale by the BC Timber Sales Prince George Business Area. Tenders will only be accepted from individuals or corporations registered as a BC Timber Sales enterprise in Category 2 under the BC Timber Sales Regulation.

Please note, this TSL is part of a pilot of the Forest Professional Oversight and Certification (FPOC) model being examined by BC Timber Sales as a method for ensuring that Forest Stewardship Plan (FSP) commitments are achieved. As such, the successful bidder will be required to submit a conformance certificate that confirms that primary forest activities conducted under this TSL are consistent with the applicable FSP commitments. A sample of the conformance certificate and associated BC Timber Sales Advisory Bulletin have been included as attachments to this Notice.
