he Public Guardian and Trustee (PGT) established a List of Qualified Supplier for IT Consulting Services in 2020. The purpose of this RFQ refresh is to consider additional vendors for inclusion in the existing List of eleven (11) Qualified Suppliers.

Interested Vendors are invited to submit a Response to this RFQ refresh for the opportunity to be evaluated to determine whether they are eligible to be added to the Public Guardian and Trustee's (PGT) existing list of Qualified Supplier of Information Technology (IT) Consulting Services. Those who have already qualified are not required to respond to this RFQ, as they will remain on the List for the Roles in which they qualified. However, there is one additional Role identified in this Refresh that was not part of the original or first refresh that may be of interest to existing Qualified Suppliers.

The Services include IT consulting services in the following Roles, who will supplement the existing IT team (a combination of PGT staff and contracted resources) on a variety of IT projects and initiatives. These Roles include:

1. Project Managers

2. Business Analysts

3. Technical Architects

4. Programmer Analysts

5. Technical Support Analysts

6. Systems Administrators

7. Data and Security Administrators

8. Quality Assurance (QA) Analysts

9. Report Writers

10. Training Consultants

11. Data Recovery Specialist (note that this is a new Role that was not included in previous releases of this RFQ).
