If you are a hearing aid provider doing business outside the province of British Columbia, you are invited to submit a response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) document as a potential provider of hearing aid provider services (the "Services") to WorkSafeBC Injured Workers located outside the province of British Columbia.

Note: This RFP is for hearing aid providers located within Canada to provide hearing aid services to WorkSafeBC Injured Workers in all Canadian provinces and territories other than British Columbia.

All Current contracted Hearing Aid Service Providers, located outside BC, do not have to apply for this RFP, unless you are responding for a different/additional service location (s) than you are currently contracted for.

WorkSafeBC will continue to accept new submissions for this Request for Proposal indefinitely, until WorkSafeBC chooses to terminate the process.
