⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Takumi Ueshima, Vice President (in charge of finance and accounting) of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be procured : Design, Development, Operation and Maintenance for the JICA Travel Management System, 1 Set
⑷ Contract period : from the End of March, 2022 to the End of December, 2028
⑸ Fulfillment Place : As shown in the tendering documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who shall :
① not fall under article 4 of JICA contract management regulations promulgated on 2003.
② have the official status in terms of the Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
③ have a corporate status registered in accordance with laws and regulations in force in Japan.
④ have no conflict of interest with prior work.
⑤ have no particular problem with the financial status of the corporate body.
⑥ have established and guaranteed an appropriate system for the protection of confidential information.
⑺ Time for Tender : March 8, 2022 at 2 : 00 pm
