⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SATO Toshihisa, Director of the Accounts Division, Secretariat of General Executive Bureau, Board of Audit
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 14, 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Design, construction, operation, lease and maintenance service and so on for the next network system of Board of Audit, 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment Period : From the date when contract is concluded through 31 March, 2027
⑸ Fulfillment place : The place will be specified later
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ;
③ have Grade A in terms of the qualifications for participating in tenders of the "offer of services" by the Board of Audit (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koushin'etsu area in the fiscal year 2019, 2020 and 2021 ;
⑺ Meet the qualification requirements which The Obligating Officer Director may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order
⑻ Date and time of tender explanation meeting : 14 : 00, 13 December, 2021
⑼ Time-limit for tender : 15 : 00, 1 March, 2022
