The subject of this tender is for the upkeeping of various industrial estates in an environmentally friendly manner for the use of enforcement unit within the technical department – Malta only The place of acceptance of the works shall be Various Industrial Estates – Malta Only, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be twelve (12) months with two (2) possible extensions of six (6) months each from the first ‘Commencement Order’ which shall be issued within two (2) weeks from signing of contract or when the allocated budget is exhausted, whichever comes first, and the INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
