The Norwegian Customs needs assistance to carry out a business survey and population survey (reputation) for the years 2022 and 2023.

The surveys shall assist in complying with management parameters and highlight goal achievement for two of the Customs' main goals related to the annual allocation letters from the The Ministry of Finance, as well as surveillance of the Custom's reputation.

Options shall be given for:

- assistance with extended analyses of the material

- assistance in the preparation of the power system materials

- professional methodological assistance and assistance in improving the annual surveys

It is relevant for the Norwegian Customs to carry out more focused / directed user surveys, among the population and / or the industry and commerce, as a supplement to the annual surveys or as individual surveys.
