| 项目信息详述 | The of this public procurement is "service" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. The scope, volume and requirements for the implementation of the public procurement for each separate item are described and regulated in the Technical Specification, PART II of the documentation for participation. Execution of the activities for transportation of separately collected hazardous and non-hazardous hospital waste of the Military Medical Academy and its subordinate structures in the country will be carried out by types and quantities, according to the Technical Specifications for the respective lots and their annexes (Appendix № 1.1, № 1.2, № 1.3, № 1.4, № 1.5 and № 1.6), an integral part of the documentation. The Contractor shall carry out the activities assigned to him in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority and the laws and regulations governing the activities included in each item. |
