In the present tender, Kolding Municipality wishes to obtain tenders for contractor services in connection with the establishment of Marina Syd - Bådoplagsplads.

The works include earth, gravel, sewers and lighting works associated with the establishment of a boat storage area where recreational boats can be stored for the winter.

The contractor must be an authorized sewer master.

The contract size for this tendered task is below the threshold value. However, the Public Procurement Act applies when the workers, cf. 2 can be considered as related to the upgrade of the nearby Marina and in total this exceeds the threshold value.
