The property administration in Copenhagen Properties and Purchasing (hereinafter the Customer) is responsible for the administration of properties owned or rented by the municipality.

The contract includes the implementation of a solution to cover the following tasks:

- Property- Lease and Resident Management, incl. integration with KASA, which is the Customer's current Facility management system.

- Collection and reimbursement of rent-related expenses (NemKonto)

- Preparation of property-related accounts (consumption, taxes / duties, etc.)

Formation and mass mailing of letters to stakeholders via Digital Post

- Journalisation in the Customer's journalisation system

- Reporting and the possibility of making data extracts

- Finansmodul integreres med Kundens økonomisystem (SAP)

- Modul til håndtering af debitorer

- Kontrakten omfatter desuden drift, vedligeholdelse og support i hele kontraktperioden
