The contract does not contain a purchase obligation. The service provider does not have the exclusive right to provide the services. The services covered by the contract may also be procured to a small extent from a place other than the service provider. The Subscriber reserves the right to order the services covered by the contract from another service provider if the service provider of the contract does not have to provide suitable or appropriate services in individual cases.
