⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

E prove to have obtained the first-class license for selling medical appliances in accordance with The Law on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices,

F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President, The National University Corporation Asahikawa Medical University.
