Nyertes Ajánlattevő a jogszabályi változásokat figyelemmel kíséri, a tűzjelző rendszerkarbantartást, felülvizsgálatot érintő változás során AK-vel elektronikus úton egyeztet.

A feladat elvégzéséhez szükséges eszközöket (például: létra, kézi szerszámok stb.) az Ajánlattevő biztosítja, részletek: lsd műszaki leírás.

AT vállalja, hogy a feladatok ellátását a 45/2011. (XII.7.) BM rendeletben előírtak alapján csak tűzvédelmi vizsgával, szakmai végzettségekkel rendelkező személy végezi.

Köteles gondoskodni a munkavállalói munkavégzéshez szükséges, 65/1999. (XII. 22.) EüM rendelet által előírt egyéni védőeszközzel történő ellátásáról, melynek használatát köteles megkövetelni.

A munka végzésénél figyelembe kell venni, hogy a munkák üzemelő, (oktatási-, kutató) épületben fognak lezajlani. Az előre egyeztetett ütemterv átadásakor az Ajánlatkérő meghatározza az Ajánlattevő által figyelembe veendő helyi sajátosságokra.

Ajánlattevő műszaki ügyeletet üzemeltet, amely 0-24 órában elérhető.A műszaki ügyelet feladata a tűzjelző központok kezelőinek segítése, kapcsolattartó munkájának támogatása, a bejelentett hiba esetén annak rögzítése megadott hivatkozási számon.
