⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hasama Satoshi, Director of General Affairs Division, Kobe Quarantine Station.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 24
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required :
① Lease and maintenance of Gas Chromatograph Tandem Mass Spectrometry, 3 sets
② Lease and maintenance of Gas Chromatograph Tandem Mass Spectrometry, 1 set
⑷ Lease period : From 1 July 2022 to 31 March 2027
⑸ Place : Kobe Quarantine Station
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ;
③ have Grade A, B or C in "offer of Services" in the Kinki district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2019, 2020 and 2021
④ prove to have prepared a system to provide necessary maintenance service and technical supports for the product concerned.
⑤ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents.
⑥ prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating.
⑦ do not be a period receiving a nomination stop from Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
⑧ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 PM, 19 April, 2022
