⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

A not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National University Corporation Tsukuba University of Technology Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,

B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,

C Have registered as a retail electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law,

D Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO,

E meet the qualification requirements which The Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 7 of the Regulation,

F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer.
