Ruter needs to procure an analytical platform system d on cloud technology to support Ruter's need for historical data and analysis of Ruter's data. The platform shall be part of Ruter's Digital Platform and support the needs that exist in Ruter for analyses of historical data, machine learning and AI - in addition to functionality that supports information exchange with Ruter's Digital Platform.
