The subject of the acquisition is the family training courses for children with IBD organized by the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela). The acquisition is made nationwide. By submitting a tender for this tender, the tenderer undertakes to provide the service to customers who come from the entire territory of Finland.

The courses are implemented as discretionary rehabilitation in accordance with section 12 and demanding medical rehabilitation in accordance with sections 9 and 10 of Act 566/2005 on the Rehabilitation Benefits and Rehabilitation Benefits of the Social Insurance Institution of Finland. Rehabilitation of Kela's customers will begin on January 1, 2023.
