Pohjois-Savo ELY Center is requesting your offers for the provision of public transport services in accordance with the gross compensation service agreement in the Etelä-Savo area.

The content of the service contract is further specified in the attached tender documents. In this contract model, the ticket revenue belongs to the subscriber.

The contract is governed by Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Service Contracts Regulation), the Transport Services Act (320/2017) and the Sectoral Procurement Act (1398/2016). These terms and conditions shall apply to carriage on a gross basis where the carrier or his authorized representative operates a ticketing and payment system.

In addition, the competition products require the approval of the ticket products of the City of Mikkeli's Waltti and ticket system.
