Product Acquisition 43 Sets Digital Imaging and Conversion Equipment “Towards Digital Governance. Electronic civil status within the National Archives of Romania (eANR) ”SMIS code 129831 co-financed by the European Social Fund, through the Operational Program Administrative Capacity 2014 - 2020.

The subject of this supply contract is the following actions:

1. Supply of 43 x DSLR cameras, 43 x DSLR camera lenses, 43 x Copy stand, 43 x Continuous light lamp set, 43 x Memory card and 43 x Accessories according to Annex 1 of the Specifications.

2. Delivery of the 43 sets of imaging and digital conversion equipment to be carried out at no additional cost by the Contractor in the locations specified in Annex 2 of the Specifications.

3. At the request of the beneficiary, the contractor shall train the personnel designated by the contracting authority at the place of delivery of the equipment. The purpose of the training is to acquire the knowledge necessary to use the product. The number of people to be trained is at least 2 (two).

4. Delivery time is a maximum of 90 days from the entry into force of the contract and the establishment of the performance guarantee.

5. The duration of the contract may be extended by additional act in duly justified cases.

The economic operator will be able to request clarifications 15 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, the contracting entity responding clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information 10 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
