The need for investment lies in several reasons.

By making the investment for the development of the Aquapark Recreation Complex in MM County, it will be possible to fulfill many of the following goals:

- increase the quality of life by ensuring an adequate recreational climate;

- development of urban tourism in MM county, which will generate economic development for serving tourists;

- conservation and sustainable use of the natural heritage which is an ive of major public interest and a foundation of the nation strategy for sustainable development.
