The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the preliminary Examination of Bids Shall use Non - Discretionary “pass/fail” criteria.

All particulars relative to the site, location and scope of works shall be available at PhilGEPS Website and at MBHTE-BARMM, Cotabato City. The bidding process and other similar activities for the contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of R.A 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).
