Contract Duration Period: 60 Calendar Days

The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the preliminary Examination of Bids Shall use Non - Discretionary “pass/fail” criteria.

The bidding process and other similar activities for the contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of R.A 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

The MBHTE-BARMM, Cotabato City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, not award the contract(s), or annual the bidding, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
