The subject of the public procurement is the implementation of GOI works on the building of the Home for the Protection of Adults Velenje. The existing building was built in the 70s and is functionally unsuitable according to modern living standards. The building is located in the central part of Velenje, in a residential area bordering the area of the Miha Pintar Toledo Primary School. In the north, the area borders on Kidričeva cesta, in the east there are green areas of the primary school, in the south and in the west there is a multi-apartment building. The building with functional areas comprises plots 1903/13, 1903/15, 1903/16, 1903/17, 1903/21 and 1903/22, when 964 Velenje on a total area of 5777.10 m2. The subject of the works is the demolition of the building, reconstruction, extension, construction of living floors and rearrangement of external surfaces. The number of storeys in the building is K (partly) + P + 3 (partly P + 4), with a total gross area of 11,709.79 m2.
