This procurement refers to a work Agreement with one (1) supplier for the provision of services and products regarding audiovisual equipment (AV products) and thus the municipality's need for solutions for digital meeting rooms / conference rooms. The municipality is looking for a comprehensive supplier for its needs, ie a supplier who can:

Deliver individual products.

Deliver complete solutions for required type rooms (configured complete solutions for meeting rooms).

Perform service actions according to the agreed service level (SLA) for designated type rooms and equipment.

Assist in the design of new digital solutions for meeting rooms in, for example, renovations.

Perform service and repairs on existing equipment.
