Southend-on-Sea City Council are seeking the provision of grass planters made of natural stone, slanting from 0.5m high to zero, incorporating downlighting and anti-skateboard measures. The planters are to used as seating for local events, to benefit the community and to make a play area more attractive to families. The use of local suppliers and materials where possible is preferred.
