The subject of performance of the awarded public contract (hereinafter referred to as “public contract” or “GC”) is the printing and distribution of the periodical “Magazine 21” (hereinafter referred to as “periodical”) to the extent and quality required by the draft contract (business conditions). The content is provided by the customer. The distribution of the periodical includes mailboxes of all households in the Zlín Region and other places specified in Annex No. 1 to the draft work contract (business conditions). The requirements for the scope of the subject of performance are specified in detail and in a binding manner in the annex to the tender documentation No. 1 - draft contract for work (business conditions).
