Ørsted’s business unit, Global Real Estate & Workplace Management (“GREWM”), has engaged in a transformation of their real estate and workplace management. The ive is to ascend to a position of partner to the enterprise creating strategic value to the business globally. There is an aggressive plan to achieve this with the limited resources available, thus Ørsted wish to implement a new cohesive CAFM solution that will support all or most of the scope of activities and services of GREWM.
