The accounting unit of the Southern Finland Regional State Administrative Agency is acquiring an information system as a SaaS service as a tool for financial planning and payroll budgeting, as well as human resources and strategic personnel planning. The subject of the procurement is described in the call for tenders and its annexes. Strategic personnel planning is the functionality to be scored in procurement.

Regional State Administrative Agency of Southern Finland - the accounting unit consists of six independent regional administrative agencies: the Regional State Administrative Agency of Southern Finland, the Regional State Administrative Agency of Eastern Finland, the Regional State Administrative Agency of Western and Inner Finland, the Regional State Administrative Agency of Northern Finland and the Lapland Regional State Administrative Agency.

The procurement unit has set aside EUR 80,000 per year for commissioning and EUR 50,000 per year for continuous service (SaaS service and separately ordered expert work). These are maximum prices. The value indicated in section II.1.5 "Estimated total value" of the contract notice is the maximum value calculated on the basis of the maximum prices (ceiling prices) set for the contract for a period of four (4) years.
