⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Articles 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② have Grade A, B, C or D on "selling of Products" in Kanto Koushinetsu area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024.
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Geospatial Information Authority of Japan from Time-limit for tender to Bid Opening
④ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electronic Procurement system

⑤ not be the supplier that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned
⑥ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly by Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification
⑦ have proven to be able to deliver the Products certainly that meets specification for nature and quantity of the products to be procured.
