The BFP-NHQ now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the
Goods is required (See Section VI Schedule of Requirements). Bidders should have
completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract
similar to the Project. The deion of an eligible bidder is contained in the
Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Office of the Bids and
Awards Committee Secretariat, BFP-NHQ and inspect the Bidding Documents at the
address given below on Monday to Friday (08:00A.M. to 05:00P.M.).
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on 08
March to 19 April 2022 from the given address and website(s) below. The price of
bidding documents is Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 50,000.00) The Procuring Entity
shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in the form of
Official Receipt issued by the Finance Unit, BFP-NHQ.
Bid opening shall be on 09:30 A.M. 19 April 2022 at the, Bulwagang Linsangan,
4th Floor, Agham Fire Station Building, BFP-National Headquarters, Agham
Road, Brgy. Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City. Only One (1) authorized representative
per bidder may physically attend the opening of bids. He/she shall bring personal
hand sanitizer / alcohol and shall wear proper face mask at all times.
