The Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center (CICC), through the F.Y. 2022 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of THIRTY-FOUR MILLION PESOS (PhP34,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payments to the “Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Internal ICT Network and Computer Software”. Bids received in excess of the ABC for the subject lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
