⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : ONO Takahiro, Deputy Director of General Affairs Department, Kanto Local Finance Bureau.
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Consulting service for research and preparation of procurement specification etc. regarding Local Finance Bureaus LAN system 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From the day of a contract through March 29, 2024
⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Have Grade A "offer of services, etc" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in Kanto-Koshinetsu area related to Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ Prove to have the ability to lease the products concerned by themselves in addition to by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be by a third party.
⑤ Submit a detailed statement of bidding article, also serving as a written guarantee, which is judged to be in conformity with the specifications defined by the relevant authorities.
⑺ Time limit for the application of participation : 17 : 00 August 5, 2022
⑻ Time limit for tender : 10 : 30 August 29, 2022
