The Contracting Authority invites tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for appointment to a multi-supplier work agreement (the “work Agreement”) for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Services”).

Business, Management and ICT Consultancy Services are considered to be those services provided by independent persons (be they individuals or business organisations), who individually or collectively use their skills, experience, expert knowledge and professionalism to add value to government departments and agencies, and who typically operate within a work of relevant professional standards and disciplines.
