⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : NAKAJIMA Yuichi, Director of Wakkanai Development and Construction Department of Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased :
① Electricity to be used in a Government office building of Wakkanai Development and Construction Department of Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau (Hightension Power), 1 set
② Electricity to be used in such as road tunnels of Wakkanai Development and Construction Department of Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau (High tension Power), 1 set
③ Electricity to be used in ancillary road structures within the jurisdiction of Wakkanai Development and Construction Department of Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau (low tension Power), 1 set
⑷ Delivery period : From 1 December 2022 through 30 November 2023
⑸ Delivery place : As per the specifications
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② have Grade A, B, C or D in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders of the "sale of product" by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Hokkaido region in the fiscal year of 2022・2023・2024
③ Have registered in accordance with article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law
④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order
⑤ not be currently under suspension of nomination by Director-General, Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau during the time of tender opening from time limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification
⑺ Time limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 12 : 00 p.m. 13 April 2022
⑻ Time limit for tender : 12 : 00 p.m. 17 May 2022
