⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KUROISHI Tsumoru Commander, 2nd Regional Coast Guard Headquarters.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 77
⑶ Nature and Quantity of the products to be purchased : Inspection and Maintenance for Airborn bathymetric Lidar system.
⑷ Fulfilment period : The day of contract through 31, March, 2023.
⑸ Fulfilment place : Japan Coast Guard in Sendai Airport.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures ; Supplier eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ;
① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, Minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have Grade A, B of "Service" Tohoku area in terms of the qualifications for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2022・2023・2024.
④ The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑺ Time limit for tender ; 15 : 00, 16, May, 2022.
⑻ Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electronic procurement system.
