The subject of this tender is for: The provision of the recruitment of employees at various levels of the spectrum, required to provide services in a continuous and uninterrupted manner of all activities at the sites, plants and facilities managed and/or operated by WasteServ Malta Ltd, referred in this document as the ‘Contracting Authority’. Such services would include but not limited to: i. Recruitment processes and advertising of required vacancies in the local arena, ii. Disciplinary procedures, iii. Profiling of employees, iv. Skills matching with the necessities and technicalities required by the Contracting Authority, v. Head hunting for positions needed by the Contracting Authority in areas of expertise, vi. Administration duties as required by the Contracting Authority. The contractor must be prepared to meet specific needs whilst generating sustainable growth and returns to the Contracting Authority.
