⑷ Fulfillment period : By 31, May, 2028
⑸ Fulfillment place : according a tender manual
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have Grade A, B or C in terms of the qualifications for Participating in tender of the "offer of services" by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) region in the fiscal year, 2022, 2023, 2024.
④ With regard to have a track record of 5 or more institutions (the number of users of one institution is 500 or more) regarding the development and introduction of time and attendance management systems within the past 5 years.
⑤ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President.
⑥ not come under crime syndicate members provided Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members.
⑦ have a privacy mark or system to protect individual information.
⑧ have established an appropriate system for information security measures (for example, they are accredited by Information Security Management System (ISMS) etc.).
⑨ have developed an appropriate management system for the provision of quality specified in the specification (Quality Management System (QMS) certified etc.).
⑺ Time limit of tender : 5 : 00 PM 5 August 2022
