② not come under Article 7 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center for Child Health and Development ;

③ have Grade A, B or C in "Manufacturers of products" or "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Region ;

④ meet the qualification requirements which Chief Executive Officer (CEO) may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation ;
