⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kazuhiko Osanai Director General of Hokkaido Regional Head Office, East Nippon Expressway Company Limited

⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Toll collection equipment 59 kinds 506 sets

⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall :
① Not come under Article 6 of the East Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures
② Being the person who can be confirmed that, After 2007 fiscal year, have an experience in business of supplying same to East Nippon Expressway Company Limited, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited or West Nippon Expressway Company Limited
③ There shall have been no funding or personal relationships with those intending to participate in the bidding during the period from the examination criteria date to the date of the decision on the bidder.
