⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Mid-infrared laser absorption spectrometer for atmospheric nitrous oxide and carbon monoxide measurements 1 set

⑸ Delivery place : National Institute for Environmental Studies (16-2 Onogawa, Tsukuba-shi, Ibaraki, Japan)
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① are classified as Grade A, B, C or D in terms of the qualification in the categories of "manufacturing of product" or "Sale of product" for participating in tenders by Ministry of the Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 ;
② not come under Article 5 of Detailed Rules concerning the Contract for NIES. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause :
③ not come under Article 6 of Detailed Rules concerning the Contract for NIES :
④ are not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract :
⑤ pledge to excluding crime syndicates and other illegal organization defined in the bid manual :
⑥ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the electric bidding system
