⑸ Basic requirements of the procurement :

① This system should generally support the medical care services and business management at Japan Organization of Occupational Health and Safety Kibikogen Rehabiritation Center for Employment Injuries. This should be the system which can control and refer to all aspects in following works. This system includes an electronic health record system (ordering system and nursing support system), a pharmaceutical department system (drug dispensing, injection support, drug inventory control, identification of dosing, drug administration guidance and drug information retrieval), a radiology department system (radiology information management, radiology image management and reporting system), a laboratory system (specimen testing, blood transfusion tests, physiological tests and bacteriological tests), nutritional management system, rehabilitation support system, medical accounting system, dental system, endoscope system, health checkup system, medical certificate system, receipt inspection, nursing work management system, medical safety system, infection control system, medical device management system, an integrated information system, an automatic vital data entry system, a medical ticket machine, POS (point of sale) machine, and groupware.

② This system can smoothly exchange basic patient information, medical information, image information, etc. and can provide communication standards and data formats that comply with the international standards required for that purpose.

③ This system has a function that can accumulate and manage patient clinical data and information in a data format that conforms to international standards, independent of the commercial data.

④ This system must have sufficient data processing equipment, terminals, and networks to achieve the required functions.

⑤ This system must have an interface to the medical equipment and systems used in each department. It must be connected to nurse call systems and facial recognition systems.

⑥ Of this system, the system that is indispensable for hospital operations operates automatically 24 hours a day, even if it is unmanned, and it is safe and easy to operate. In addition, sufficient measures against system failures have been taken.
