NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA) & CLEARANCE FORM : 
Tenderers are required to complete & submit the attached forms to LTA: 
(a) NDA & Clearance Form for access to tender documents/drawings and viewing documents. 
(b) Password will only be provided AFTER the necessary clearance has been obtained. 
(c) Tenderers shall include a maximum of 2 KEY personnel (including authorised signatory) in the Clearance Form and submit via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg by 19 February 2022. 
(d) Please note that the clearance requires a minimum of 3 weeks for processing and late requests will not be accepted. 

OTHER CRITERIA: 
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are registered with the following Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Workhead: 
a) ME05 - Electrical Engineering with Financial Grade L6; OR 
b) ME15 - Integrated Building Services with Financial Grade L6 
In the case of Joint Venture/Consortium, one of the Joint Venture/Consortium partners (known as the Lead Partner) is required to meet financial category L6 for ME15 "Integrated Building Services" Workhead and shall have the majority percentage share of the equity participation. The other partners shall be registered in the financial category of not more than three grades below the specified financial category under ME15 or any of the following Workhead: 
ME05 - Electrical Engineering with Financial Grade L6. 

CRITICAL CRITERIA: 
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the BCA with the designated registration head & grade as specified in paragraph above are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

EVALUATION CRITERIA: 
The Quantitative Method as stipulated in clause 7 of the ITT will be used for evaluation of this Tender.
