Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who have the relevant experience to provide professional services to the Authority for the security design services as described in the Terms of Reference.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA):
Tenderers are required to submit a duly completed and signed NDA to the Authority before they are allowed access to the Tender Documents in GeBIZ.

The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the NDA if it is found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 1, 4 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT).

Please note that the Quantitative Method as stipulated in Clause 7 of the ITT will be used for evaluation of this Tender.
