OTHER CRITERIA :
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Workhead SY04 - Electrical Equipment OR SY05 - Electrical & Electronic Materials, Products & Components with Financial Grade L5 & above.

CRITICAL CRITERIA :
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the BCA with the designated registration head & grade as specified in paragraph above are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

In addition to the foregoing, Tenderers shall note that the following requirements as specified in the Authority's Requirements are critical criteria to this Tender and any deviation or non-compliance is not acceptable :
(a) Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries or better; and
(b) Modular system

If the Tenderer submits a tender with any deviation or non-compliance from these requirements, his tender will not be considered for further evaluation. The Price Document submitted by the Tenderer will not be released to the Authority via GeBIZ.

SUBMISSIONS :
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clause 4 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT).

The Quantitative Method will be used to evaluate this tender. Please refer to Clause 7 of the ITT for details.
