(a) The Board reserves the right to eliminate tenderers in accordance with the criteria set forth in the invitation to tender and gives those not eliminated the opportunity to submit new or amended Tender Proposals on the basis of the Board's revised requirements.
(b) The PC Start and PC End Dates are estimated only.
(c) Tenderers who are PUB-registered CCTV Contractor registered with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in the CW02 (Civil Engineering) registration head of financial grade C3 and above or CR07 (Cable/Pipe Laying & Road Reinstatement) registration head of financial grade L1 and above are invited to tender for this project.
(d) This tender shall be evaluated using the PQM work.

Please refer to the tender documents to find out if the Government Registration Authority (GRA) registration is a critical (i.e. mandatory), non-critical or fully exempted evaluation criterion.
